2600 Del Curto is a 6 lot Duplex Subdivision in the heart of the South Lamar Corridor. The property was in an undevelopable configuration with a maximum of 2 duplexes (4 units). Through a strategy of plat amendments, development and entitlement Jay Symcox with his consultants were able to reconfigure the property into 6 duplex lots retaining all development rights and avoiding costly fees, parkland dedication, detention ponds, and Street improvements.

The Sale of 12 homes took only 4 months. The project was fully sold out before the 1st home was completed.
