Symcox Development Company is general partner in the 14,500 square foot commercial property at 2300 South Lamar Boulevard in Austin. Jay Symcox led the effort to capitalize on this commercial retail development opportunity, recognizing a good property value and demand for additional retail/commercial space along this busy corridor.

Symcox secured viable retail and service center tenants before moving to construct a new building. The project he developed increased the property’s buildable square footage by nearly 50 percent. 2300 South Lamar was completed in 1999 and has become and integral part of this burgeoning and historic part of town with local long-term tenants.
