Jay Symcox’s 15-year track record encompasses all aspects of real estate development, marketing and construction management. He has participated in medium – and high-density housing, office, retail and industrial projects, as well as major land developments, ranging in size from $1 million to $250 million.

Jay has a distinguished record of accomplishment in real estate development and marketing that dates back to 1984. This experience includes management for a large, entrepreneurial West Coast developer that was involved in retail, office, and industrial projects. Many of these projects were located within the Irvine Company, the Mission Viejo Company and the Santa Margarita Company—large, integrated master-planned communities that are widely accepted as the leading edge for the next generation of livable development. During this tenure Jay Symcox gained a progressive knowledge of site planning, marketing and master community development on a scale that is uncommon among Austin-area builders and developers.
