SoLa City Homes is an upcoming three acre urban neighborhood Town Home development located in the heart of the thriving South Austin Neighborhood at South Lamar and Bluebonnet Avenue. Symcox is currently processing site development permits for approximately 62 urban Town Homes – unique with their yards and community connection.

This project is uniquely situated between the burgeoning mixed-use and retail on South Lamar and established and eclectic single-family homes. The development will creatively overcome some unique property parameters to provide an inviting and positive project for the neighborhood ands it’s residents. By positioning the project outward to the street with front doors and patios in front where possible and yards SoLa City Homes will encourage pedestrian travel and interaction with neighbors that we see in the older neighborhood designs around the country and this will be a truly unique development in Austin. This project is currently under construction.
